Sacred Unity

No matter the walls, the barriers and life’s endless challenges, every gender, race, color possess a belief system. A wanting to belong to a place to pray and communicate with a cherished higher power, whether to repent, relieve one’s self or simply feel whole.

 

This conceptual piece is a hybrid between Qatar’s Sheikh Abul Wahab Mosque (The Grand Mosque) and Saint Mary’s Milan Cathedral. A transparent expression of the united holy language every human being uses to connect with their divine. A conduit for the symbolic power wielded by all those above the unwitting individual.
